Defensive Residential Europe 2.0.

This Sub-Fund focuses primarily on the financing, development, acquisition, management and sale of residential real estate (houses, apartments, student housing, co-living, residence services) providing any type of rental income. This compartment has for objective to limit the use of bank financing (maximum 40%) in order to limit debt risks. The sub-fund is allowed to invest in Euro zone countries and it will primary focus on Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland.

Assisted Living Core (ALC)

 

This Sub-Fund focuses primarily on the financing, development, acquisition, management and sale of real estate linked to the care such as care homes, retirement homes, nursing homes for elderly people, clinics, etc. providing any type of rental income. The sub-fund is allowed to invest in Euro zone countries. The assets of ALC will have Orpea as tenant-operator, which is the world leader in dependency care.

Long Term Property Development Europe (LTPDE)

 

LTPDE has been active since 2018 and its investment policy is to acquire land for real estate development (residential, office, business and logistics), and the purchase, financing, management and sale of real estate assets in order to obtain all types of income (rents, capital gains, placement).

DPE has been active since 2018 and its investment policy is to acquire land for future real estate development (residential, office, business and logistics). This sub-fund is currently acquiring land mainly located in Luxembourg.

HealthCare Europe (HCE)

 

HCE was established in 2010 and its investment strategy involves the financing, development, acquisition, management and sale of real estate in the health sector and services such as care homes, nursing homes, rehabilitation clinics for the elderly, clinics, etc.

Residential Western Europe (RWE)

 

This sub-fund was launched in 2007 to acquire a residential real estate development project in Luxembourg city (Merl) called Les Jardins de Luxembourg. This project consists of the development of some 110,000 m2 shared between flats (+/- 900) and areas dedicated to services (local businesses, offices, nursing home,…), all representing an estimated market value of just over 500 million euros.
