Assisted Living Core (ALC)

This Sub-Fund focuses primarily on the financing, development, acquisition, management and sale of real estate linked to the care such as care homes, retirement homes, nursing homes for elderly people, clinics, etc. providing any type of rental income. The sub-fund is allowed to invest in Euro zone countries. The assets of ALC will have Orpea as tenant-operator, which is the world leader in dependency care.

Long Term Property Development Europe (LTPDE)

LTPDE has been active since 2018 and its investment policy is to acquire land for real estate development (residential, office, business and logistics), and the purchase, financing, management and sale of real estate assets in order to obtain all types of income (rents, capital gains, placement).

Defensive Properties Europe (DPE)

DPE has been active since 2018 and its investment policy is to acquire land for future real estate development (residential, office, business and logistics). This sub-fund is currently acquiring land mainly located in Luxembourg.

The strategy

To invest in targeted real estate assets, located in the eurozone in order to achieve an attractive return in particular through active, long-term management via its various sub-funds, each with its own investment characteristics but sharing the same principles and values, especially:

: Investment selection with certain profitability potential (long-term leases, localization, specific, per asset arbitrage strategy...);

: risk control, rigorous financial management and portfolio diversification (by asset type, by location and by tenant, when applicable);

: Focusing on well-known business activity sectors: the development, promotion and holding of office, residential, commercial, logistics properties or nursing and care homes located in Europe;
Continuity
: proactive, sustainable management of investments;
Proximity
: in a defined geographical area within a certain range to allow optimum monitoring of investments, namely Europe and more precisely the eurozone and Switzerland.
