The investment fund

Prime Properties S.C.A., SICAV-SIF (the “Fund”) is a limited partnership with share capital, in accordance with Luxembourg law, as a variable capital investment company (SICAV) – specialized investment fund. The Fund is subject to the Law of 13 February 2007 relating to Specialized Investment Funds (“FIS”), as subsequently amended (“2007 Law”) and qualifies as an Alternative Investment Fund as set out in the Law of 12 July 2013 on alternative investment fund managers (“2013 Law”) transposed into Luxembourg Law by Directive 2011/61/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on investment fund managers (“AIFMD”).

The Fund has been registered in the official list of the CSSF as a FIS since 30 September 2016 and its Prospectus received CSSF approval on 25 October 2016.

The Fund is an umbrella fund, reserved for institutional investors, professional investors as well as sophisticated investors as defined in the 2007 Law.
